My Webpage Statement

I have put this site together to give me an easy place to see my home weather station's data from work as well as to view weather related San Antonio area U.S. Government and public domain information that is both easy to use and relevant.  I have absolutely no commercial intent with the site (although I may use and endorse third party products such as Davis Instruments). This site is an enjoyable hobby for me and it has allowed me to use HTML skills I did not know I had as well as stroke my artistic side with Photoshop. 

I personally dislike sites that clutter up the screen with information whether or not it is useful.  For the casual user like myself who would visit this site, they are probably looking for area specific weather information, local forecast data, and radar links all made simple and easy.  This I provide with one click from the home page.  Other more detailed information about my Davis weather station as well as some climatology information or NOAA weather maps that I like are here as well.

If you like the site please stop by often.   I make no claims of ownership of the graphics provided by third parties (mainly NOAA) and appreciate what they do and give full credit to them.

If you want really in-depth weather related information, my personal favorites and two I subscribe to are the professional site at accuweather.com and weatherbell.com.  They really know their weather and Joe Bastardi from weatherbell.com is my source for detailed hurricane forecasting. Another great site for hurricane and general weather information is tropicaltidbits.com.
